The Master’s program, delivered entirely in English, offers a specialized learning path designed to develop integrated competencies across Marketing, Sales, and Communication, with a strong international outlook.

Fully aligned with the core pillars of IULM University—multidisciplinary and hands-on approach—the program is tailored for individuals who aspire to understand and effectively navigate the ongoing transformation of global markets. In today’s business environment, where the boundaries between sales, marketing, and communication are increasingly blurred, the ability to break down silos and generate impactful, business-driven solutions is essential.

The program is based on over 300 hours of teaching and stands out for its blend of academic excellence and managerial expertise, with courses delivered by internationally recognized faculty and industry professionals. A key feature is the extensive use of project works based on real business challenges, developed in collaboration with global partner companies and often accompanied by merit-based awards and incentives. The learning experience is further enriched by field visits and an optional 3–6 month internship, providing participants with the opportunity to consolidate their skills and successfully apply them in a professional context.

Classes are held from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

The classroom experience is complemented by numerous company-based project work activities, field visits, an optional 3–6 month internship, and an international study tour in Lisbon—an immersive opportunity to engage with a dynamic and innovation-driven business environment.
