Unit 1: Innovation Strategies for Luxury Business (16 hours):
Overview of new trends and challenges in the sector: how sustainability, digitalization and multiculturality have reshaped entrepreneurial practices.
Unit 2: Luxury Communication and Entrepreneurship “Made-in-Italy” (16 hours)
Full immersion into the communication approach of “Made-in Italy” strengthened by a global vision of the luxury industry and those managerial skills required to operate profitably in the sector.
Unit 3: Building effective online communication and presence in luxury (16 hours)
A detailed overview of new practices and tools in online communication to build a marketing approach for a luxury brand based on effective digital narratives.
Unit 4: Luxury touch in client service (16 hours)
An interactive experience to develop the interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with clients and foster a luxury touch in the customer relationship, in partnership with Dorchester Collection Academy,
Unit 5: Expert Talk (16 hours)
A series of expert talks and actual business case studies, recorded and available on demand for participants during the program.
Unit 6: Field Project (16 hours)
Final assignment based on group work in partnership with a company leader in one of the sectors covered in the lectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline / 3-years professional experience
• High motivation and aptitude for an intensive work pace, professional challenges and international experience
• Some previous work experience desirable
